Please wear your jersey for pictures. If you do not have one you can borrower one for the pictures.

Attached is the order form and info. Pictures will be taken at Ankeny Ikes on May 18th from 5:15 to 7pm, It should only take about 10 minutes for pictures, so you can come and get them done quickly, as I know there will be some other conflicts on this day.
If this time does not work please let me know and I will work on a make up time ( you would need to go to Volk Imagines in Des Moines for make up)
Individual pictures will be used to make a team/group photo
Deadline to order will be June 1st.

All prints will be distribution to the team / parents around June 19th. I’d strongly encourage everyone to bring completed order forms and payments Thursday, as I don’t want anyone to miss out if an order arrives late or gets lost in the mail.
